Rates
- $350 for the initial intake (60 minutes)
- $200 for follow-up sessions (cash pay)
Insurance
We are in-network with the following insurance plans:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- UnitedHealthcare
Have a different insurance plan? We also see patients through Grow Therapy, where we are in-network with Carelon Behavioral Health and AmeriHealth Administrators, and more plans are being added. Check your coverage and book here: Book with Grow Therapy
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $200 fee, charged to the card on file.
